What I especially love about this casserole is that it takes just a few minutes to throw together! We all love a good comfort food and this is it! It is rich and creamy with those “crack” ingredients of cheddar cheese, bacon and ranch. That signals an amazing delicious and gratifying meal! The addition of sundried tomatoes gives this dish an incredibly rich flavor.
