Raised Bed Gardening & Planters

If you are like me, you love gardening, or at least the IDEA of gardening, but it can be overwhelming, frustrating, and intimidating.  Well I’m going to help you with all of that, starting with raised bed planters.

I absolutely love gardening, WORKING with plants and watching them grow from seeds or starter plants to full fledged vegetable and fruit producing plants!  But, there are WEEDS, there is the issue of watering the plants, knowing when to pinch the tips off of some plants to create full, ROBUST plants that produce gorgeous fruit, vegetables, and flowers!  I am here to help you with all of that, but I want to start with raised bed planters.

Here are pictures from my garden that won grand prize last year (in copper metallic).

I have had a garden for many years and sometimes I have a good crop, but then sometimes I don’t.  I have faced SEASONS of drought as well as torrential downpours that leave a sea of mud with my poor plants held captive.  Then there is the issue of dealing with SOIL that is not nutrient rich and simply is not capable on its own to help you succeed with that PICTURESQUE garden of your dreams.  All of the back aches from hoeing to keep the soil loose and keep the weeds at bay. Oh and the INSECTS!

I was tired of all of the dream crushers!  I wanted to attain that garden I have so longed for.  After all, if you’ve ever tasted FRESH garden fruits and vegetables you know how amazing they are.  You can’t find anything like them at a grocery store.  I was DETERMINED to create my dream garden, and I did!

I researched raised bed planters and all of their benefits.  I SEARCHED locally as well as on the internet for what would give me a cost-effective, low maintenance, long lasting raised bed garden.  I STUMBLED across the answer to my prayers!  Planter Box Direct!  These planters are made of 100% USA made STEEL with a siliconized polyester coating in 21 colors and are EASY to assemble!   There are sizes that range from 2’x2’18” to “L” shaped, “U” shaped, 33” elevated boxes, and so much MORE!  They come without a bottom (which I recommend for a vegetable garden) but there are options for bottoms to some of the planters so you can put them on your PORCH or deck.  They are designed with a taller bed which requires much LESS bending to care for your plants.

These are AMAZING planter boxes that can be used for vegetable gardening, but also as planters for your porch or backyard to ACCENT your landscape.  I started with my vegetable garden last year and have expanded it a little this year.  I also just purchased some of the 2’x2’ and 2’x4’ boxes for FLOWER planters on my deck.

Now why listen to me?  Well, first of all I have EXPERIENCE in gardening and garden design using THESE planter boxes.  My design won a grand PRIZE award with Planter Box Direct last summer.  I love these planter boxes so much that I am now an affiliate with them and can HELP answer questions you have about them.  I have just finished a Master Gardener course and have learned so much about how to create better, more VIBRANT plants, trees, landscaping, etc. and how to CORRECTLY use pesticides and what to do to prevent insects and diseases on my plants.   As a beekeeper, I want to be very cautious while having strong, healty plants so I will be able to give you advice on that as well.

So here I am, a Master Gardener and affiliate for Planter Box Direct here to help you!

But wait!  There’s MORE!!!  If you use the code MAMAP25, you will receive 25% off of your order and free shipping with no minimum purchase!!!  That’s unheard of!
