It’s the perfect, easy, make ahead, texture packed side dish or potluck favorite! It’s packed with fresh sweet strawberries, crunchy sliced almonds, crisp broccoli slaw, and creamy poppyseed dressing! The textures and flavors of this Strawberry Broccoli Slaw are out of this world and it is so simple!!!

What I especially love about this Strawberry Broccoli Slaw, aside from the fact that it takes just minutes to throw together, is that it’s “somewhat” healthy.
Broccoli is low in calories and a nutritional powerhouse full of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants! And then there’s the strawberries which are also rich in antioxidants and an excellent source of vitamin c, manganese and potassium. Almonds, a great source of protein, are rich in valuable nutrients for your body, such as magnesium, vitamin E, and dietary fiber. And if you choose a poppyseed dressing that is “light”, you can feel good about it too!
To make Strawberry Broccoli Slaw ahead of time, combine the broccoli slaw, sliced strawberries, and poppyseed dressing in a bowl. Immediately before serving, toss the sliced almonds on top of the slaw and you’re ready to go! It’s that simple!
