This is a quick chicken salad that is not only absolutely delicious, but it also requires no stove, no microwave, no cooking of any kind. It is so versatile it can be served with crackers, made into a sandwich, added to salad greens, or just eaten as is! It is sweet, crunchy and creamy!
About This Recipe
This is not your typical chicken salad recipe. This dish can be a stand alone dish - just all by itself! In fact, I prefer to just eat it with crackers or on a bed of lettuce. I must admit, the combination of ingredients in this chicken salad sounds a little odd, but once you taste it, I’m certain it will become a favorite go-to recipe when you want something incredible but quick.
What I especially love about this chicken salad, besides the fact that it literally takes just minutes to put together, is that it is so deliciously different and unexpected and you can make it ahead of time and put it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to eat. The only real work required for this recipe is opening cans and slicing grapes in half. Yet it will taste like you’ve put a lot more effort into it. It’s so easy for a quick meal, to take on a picnic, or to bring to a potluck and wow the crowd for your amazing chicken salad!
